No wifi

I have no WiFi, it's say8ng that I need to pay bill to reinstate service but the bill is 00.00. It's already paid

Did you pay it by making a manual payment? If so, when?

Yeah ! Contacted sky several times now. The problem is they can't see the error message that I'm seeing  at there end . Just keep getting pasted around cos no one knows what to do. I've been a sky customer for 20 yrs now, this is just unacceptable I'm literally at a loss of what to do.

I take it you put n a complaint as suggested two days ago, if so they should contact you about this so I would take a screenshot of what you are seeing incase they want to see it.

Yes I've sent tons complaint forms in so far,  when I do get a call it's always from a Pakistan call centre which ends with no results. I have sent the screen shots several times. Just feel like cancelling the whole lot.
