Reinstate Services

I cant browse new phone upgrades, sky TV stuff and I can't upgrade my internet/broadband due to restrictions I have phoned numerous times as a 17 year diamond member I've never had these issues, they said time and time again it's resolved and to wait, but it's been like this for months and I need to get things How does one go about actually getting this cleared? There's no debts or outstanding payments

When you see the restricted message do you then see the option to reinstate your account, if you do select this and on the next screen do you see any mention of Sky Marketplace, have a look here to see if there is an outstanding amount.
