Compensation for Activation Delay – Payment Still Outstanding
Dear Sky Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding the compensation owed to me for the delay in activating my broadband service.
According to Sky’s service commitments, customers are entitled to automatic compensation when activation is delayed beyond the promised start date. In my case, the service was not activated until 13/05/2025, despite the original commitment of 21/03/2025, resulting in a delay of 52 days
Despite this, I have yet to receive the compensation that should have been automatically applied. I have waited patiently and checked my account regularly, but there has been no update or payment issued.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and resolved promptly. Please confirm the compensation amount due and the expected timeline for payment. If further information is required from my side, I’m happy to provide it.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust Sky will honour its obligations and ensure fair treatment.
