Reimburse me for loss of broadband

Hello

 
I wonder if you could help. I had no internet from Sky for over a month and I am still waiting for a reimbursement. 
We had no internet from 7 Nov till after 14th of Dec and I have asked for some compensation but nothing as yet. 
 
Please could you help me follow this up. 
 
please if you do not follow this up I am going to report this to the ICIS
