Regan

Again it's starting to double bill me it did this for over a year until I spoke to someone and about eight months ago it was sorted out as soon as it hit January a new year last month Bill and this months bill are more than double. It's a joke. I paid January and I have paid for February and both were double than what it should be. I've not changed the payment date or package nothing has changed. Why is this happening again I can't afford to keep paying like this I don't leave the house I'm disabled and all I have is broadband and TV to entertain myself so I make sure it's paid.

@Karenjane12345

It wouldn't necessarily double your bill, and it shouldn't happen after 8;months, but are you sure you're discounts haven't ended and you're now paying full price?

Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

You can either call Sky or use the following link

Re: Regan

I don't have any changes to my subscription no discounts ending or changes at all this happened last year until I contacted them and they put things right. But again it's starting to happen I don't understand how they can do this.

You'll need to contact Sky again, then, I'm afraid.
