Sky Go Extra removed from my account

Trying to watch Sky Sports on my PS5 as I have done regularly over recent years, and suddenly I get the standard "you need Sky Sports Extra" message. I check my account and find it was mysteriously cancelled from 10th February through no action that I have taken. Of course, there is no option to reinstate this online and virtually no way of talking to Sky about this!

Does anyone know of any issues or changes that may have caused this, or how to have a conversation with a human about this?

@simes101  Have you recently made any changes to your services like removing multi screen?

 

now that's it's been removed it's impossible to recover ( if it was the free version) as the offer has been removed 

 

the only way to get it back is to subscribe to it at £5pm (based on last known prices)

No, I haven't changed anything and looking at my account, I was paying £5pm for it - that's how I know the date it was removed as they have credited the remainder of the month's charge for it.

@simes101  In that case you would need to call sky direct and query this whilst at the same time asking them to reinstate it
