Refunded Bill

I paid my bill in full on the 08/02. Nearly 2 weeks later this was refunded to me and now they have restricted my services. Has anyone had this before?

If the automated collection has failed, then services can still be restricted.  (As manual payments are often credit for the following month's bill)

Ate you sure the payment you made didn't fail for some reason ?

 

Eirher way there should be no need to make manual payments as Sky will take it automatically from you on or near your billing date so if you services have been restricted then their attempt at doing this must have failed so now you will need to make a manual payment and setup your payment method again to get your services restored.

No it didn't fail, really strange how it was paid and now 2 weeks later refunded. I was just curious as I've been with sky 15+ years and never had this.
