I have been charged for a Sky product or service I no longer have and I want a refund back to the account the charges were taken from

What service?

How did you cancel?

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

I am a former customer I am using this forum as all other services are not available to me. Your system isn't working. I  have been charged for a product I don't have without notification or a bill.  You cannot just take money out of someone's account without notification. I want a refund back to the account the charges were taken from.
