Good morning 

mum still waiting for a refund after cancellation 

how do I speak to someone please?

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:


https://www.sky.com/help


Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

Note that if your Mum was the account holder Sky may not speak to you.
