Netflix

They have added netflix in my package with ads when i was told they would be without adds how do i change this

You will need to contact Sky to get them to change your package:

 

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
