Refund

Hi,

I have cancelled my sky package due to loss of service. I spoke with a rep and we agreed that you will credit us for loss of service.  You haven't done so. Where's my credit?

We're customers here, not Sky customer services, I'm afraid. You'll need to follow this up directly with Sky.

Thanks, i thought I'd try on here as sky reps sometimes answer. It is awkward to call at the moment and it is nearly impossible to message a human.
