Any advisors available

  • My services have been restricted and can pay some of the bill but on my sky it wont let me any help

As your services have been restricted only paying the full amount will see them restored which might be why you can't make a part payment as you would need to pay the bill in full and the next one if you were 2 weeks late or more in paying it. You would also need to setup a payment method on your account before your services would be restored.

You won't be able to speak to an adviser while your services are restricted, I'm afraid.

As your services have been restricted when you call the system will ask you to pay so it is unlikely you will get through to someone and even if you did they can not override the system or restore your services until you pay what you owe in full.

@Ryan40  As already advised even if you do manage to speak to someone restrictions can't be lifted until you pay what you owe.

 

What are you expecting a CSA to do if you do get through?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)

These restrictions are automatic and we've been told agents cannot override this process even if you’re told otherwise. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant, in fact any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
