Refund

Hello l ent happy that my refund has not come in my bank yet this has been two weeks it's  not gone in what happens now don't no if you paid it in to someone else bank or you had not paid it this needs resolved many thanks

Hello there s still a problem with my refund for a overpayment on these has not hit my bank and it's been two weeks now it's you're not paid it in or somebody else and you got more details wrong. It needs to be sorted because I'm still waiting that payment to go into my bank many thanks

Edit- your other thread has been merged. There's no need for two.

 

It sounds like you made an unnecessary manual payment. If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid once the planned payment has been processed. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

If you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit, we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s now showing as a credit.
