I have only just found out that we are moving on 14th February. So I have logged into my account and tried to book a move. It just keeps saying I have booked my move but I haven't.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCould it have been booked for a date in a few weeks time as Sky does say you need to give them 2-4 weeks notice. If it hasn't then all you can do is to call them about this.

Thank you for replying. I didn't even get to book a date because as soon as I click on book a move it takes me to ap age that says I've booked my move.
