7 calls since 2nd December.
My refund not done. I haven't received it. Every time I am informed about different date. Never happened. Today they said they sent check but they don't know which address. And I moved. They know I moved as that was the reason they canceled my service. I feel scammed by Sky.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
It's not a scam. Unfortunately if your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so it’ll take longer. If you've moved in the meantime Skybwill have to cancel that cheque and raise another so the process starts again.

Isn't brainless? If they know i moved end of November. And I contacted them many times straight after moving. I was returning kit from the new address and so on, what is the point to send cheque to old address?
I had a lot of trouble.
1. They didn't want to provide same speed at new address but wanted me to pay +9pounds for half the speed.
2. They offered cancelling
3. Never delivered packaging.
4. Didn't want to tell the address of returning the kit. I figured out with Royal mail website.
5. When I returned kit they were insisting I haven't done it and I had to prove it. Even though the tracking number of the Royal mail return to Sky service had information delivered/ collected, I still had to do print screen and send them.
6. No refund although they said it's done.
Then although my direct debit is still set up they didn't send money to the account.
7. Sent cheque to old address although few times I informed them i moved and was given new address.
Let's see. They frozen my money for 1,5 month now and still will take time to get it back.
Nightmare. I will never consider Sky any service.
