Refund

Hi,

Howvlong does it take for a refund regarding no service please, i have been told it has been sent to a manager and wanted to know roughly the timescale.. thank you

There is no automatic compensation scheme for Sky TV like there is for broadband and talk so if Sky agree to add a credit to your account that will be up to them so us fellow customers can't say for if they will do this and if they do how long it will take to get the credit added to your account.

I was mis-sold  ( long story)sky q and cancelled it when the engineer came and could not fit it, it should of been cancelled in August but it wasn't  i have been paying for sky tv for 4 months without having anyway of watching it, my sky hd box was not working and i was interested in sky stream but had to have major surgery and was going to sort it after, thinking the package had been cancelled i have paid over 200 for services i could not use as i had no box , but didn't want debts to build upi had been promised callbacks that never happened, made countless phonecalls, yesterday i finally managed to get it cancelled , i don't have to wait 31 days they have cancelled it straight away as the lady read the notes on the system, she said that she was going to work out what i paid for services i paid for but could not use, it has been a bit of a nightmare. She said she has put the refund through to a manager so i guess i am just waiting now
