If the refund has now been successfully processed it will take the standard 3-5 working days to reach your account so we're potentially looking at the middle of next week.

Ano just when I spoke to them sunday it was ment to be done then yesturday they told me the payment failed so they were doing it again does the credit disappear off my sky account when it's going through or does it clear when I recieve it @Daniel0210

If you spoke to them on Sunday then Monday will be day one so there is a chance it could appear in your account by tomorrow as that will be the 5th day.

@caesarome  hello thank you there was an issue so didnt sort it till yesturday but its saying a refund has been processed today thank you to you and @Daniel0210 @Addie15  for all your help
