Hi,

I have been waiting for my refund of £67.36 since the end of August this year when I changed from Sky Q to Sky Glass. When can I expect to receive this money back from Sky?

Finally got through to Sky on phone and they apologised for glitch in their system. Money should be refunded in 3-5 working days.

If it's not refunded by next week if you post back on here we can escalate it to the sky messaging team for you.
