Over 2yrs ago I moved to my present address, I got a sky deal including netflix, for which I pay £6 per month. My netflix wouldn't work yesterday because apparently I was using my daughters netflix on my TV. But I am having trouble registering with my own account, because I don't have a password. How do I solve this please?.

If you already have a Netflix account but don't know the credentials you will need to reset your Netflix password so you can link it with your Sky account.

if you have already linked your daughters Netflix account to your Sky account you will need to contact Netflix and ask them to unlink it
