Hi there,
I have left sky few months ago and I have been charged until today. Can you please issue a refund asap?

If you can give them the exact date you originally called to cancel the agent should be able to listen in to that call (provided it was in the last 6 months).

In case you’re not aware this is a forum where Sky customers try to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.
What services did you have?
How did you cancel?
Did you receive an email from Sky confirming cancellation?

Hi Daniel,
thanks for your feedback, I have been trying to contact someone on live chat and i was told to get help here.
I had broadband only. I did receive the email confirmationa and all the process was via phone.

My account with sky ended in sep 23.
Sky owe me £53 . I havnt received any refund.
They informed me they would refund my money, but they havnt.
I have to send equipment back.
Does anyone know if i wont get my refund until i have returned my sky equipment.
Any help greatly appreciated

I don't think that has an impact on the processing of a refund, but you'll be charged an additional non-return fee for the equipment if you don't return it to Sky promptly.

Did you give notice to cancel your Sky services and if so does this £53 appear on your account as a credit ?
