Hello. Is someone able to escalate my concern please as I have telephoned Sky 3 times this week so far regarding my account and billing and no one can seem to help me. I get passed through to various teams and then put on hold for upwards of 40 minutes each time. I just want to request a payment holiday please. Many thanks

They don't offer them for anything else.

Hi - yes its for Sky mobile. Do you know which department I need - none of the agents I spoke to this week seem to know who I need to speak to. They put me through to a department and they say it's not them so transfer me elsewhere and so on. Thank you

Find out moreIf you click the link posted by @GD1 go to the bottom, wait a few seconds and more options will load so select "No, I still need help" then "Get in touch" then "Call Us" you should see an 03 number to use that perhaps you will have more luck with.
