Refund

"I downgraded my channels two weeks ago. I was promised my refund was sent last Tuesday. I called today to check on it, and the agent completely contradicted herself—telling me my balance was £0 but admitting the credit was still showing on my account profile. When I called her out on the fact that the money hasn't actually been released, she became incredibly rude. I asked to speak to a manager and have been left stuck on an endless hold queue. I need a Sky staff member to escalate this thread to a private chat, confirm the money has actually been released today, and log a formal complaint about the service.iv asked for a DRN didn't even know what it was and has now told me I have to wait till the 2th nearly 3 weeks and see if my money has been released disgusting I want my money please

@Clairewilmot

You don't normally get a refund for reducing your channels (giving 31 days notice) so what was this refund actually for?

Nor do I. Care to enlighten us? I suspect it's a TLA with no universal meaning.

I've heard of a Debt Relief Notice but not sure that would fit in with the OPs post.
