Refund

I was due a refund on the 9th March, due to paying for a service I wasn't receiving. The refund amount is £135. I spoke with Sky and they confirmed it was sent however to my old direct debit details, even though I changed my Direct debit details in June 2025. I was told as it couldn't be processed into my bank I would receive a cheque within 6 weeks yet I still haven't received this.

If Sky have issued a refund then the chances are it will be apply as a credit to the account and not directly refunded to you so have you looked at this account to see if you see a credit on it ?

Yes I have. In Feb 2026 it says in credit, from March it says £0. They have said it will be refunded but it's been over the 6 week time frame now and I'm wondering when I will receive this.

If it has not showed up on future bills has it been used to pay your March bill because if this is what has happened it will be to late to refund it to you.

It says refund sent, but I still haven't received it two months later.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
