Refund

Hello I have had no internet from the 4th of July untill the 28th of July still waiting on refund could you please tell me when it will go into my bank,also spoken to advisor last week and was told to wait untill last Friday for a further 5 days compensation but not yet gone into my bank

The compensation for this outage should be added as a credit to your account 30 days after the issue is fixed so you will have a few weeks to wait for this to appear. It will then be used as a credit against your next available bill. It will not go straight into your bank account.
