Will sky refund me if I ended my account part way through a month

Billing continues throughout the notice period (31 days for Sky Q). Bills are generated 14 days prior to the payment date so another one will be due. Any overpayment should be reimbursed after about 6 weeks from your last day of connection as long as your payment method is still active.

You pay a month in advance so depending on when you give your 31 days notice you should get refunded for any unused days. 

Be aware that you need to be out of contract to cancel without penalty on Sky Q.

If you see a credit on your account after you have left then post back here for help is speeding up the refund process.

Billing is daily pro-rata.  If you pay past your cessation date (and you will as explained above) then the amount of days past this date will be credited.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
