Hi it seems like I've over paid on my account and would like a refund please

We're just fellow customers here so you'll need to phone Sky (150 from a Sky landline or mobile) and request a refund or leave it & the overpayment will go towards next months bill.

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment? If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

However, if you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s showing as a credit.

I got told I was getting a refund because I paid two payments this month I asked on Thursday in nothing been refunded yet so rang again in got told it would be in Monday in still not received it yet

This kind of refund normally takes 3-5 working days, so on that basis today is day 2 (Friday 19th and Monday 22nd).
