I am going round & round in circles. I am owed a refund since leaving. Still not had it. Been trying to get in touch but no luck. Tried messenger but no luck. How do I go about this please

It will probably have to go to a back office team to raise a cheque. You still haven't confirmed it's showing as a credit on your account.
