Refund

I have a refund due to me as I could not get sky broadband in my new property as scheduled. I was expecting this at the beginning of the month. Just wondering if I need to do anything to action this ? Thanks for your help

Are you able to access a billing account to see if there is a credit on there for you:

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

That is because you have created a second account that you have logged into here with sim you need to log back out and then on again with your JonjieL one then you will see the chat bubble.
