When waiting for a refund is it from the day u spoke to someone or the day u got the email

I know it 3-5 working day sorted it out on the 30th but got email on the 3rd left me no money and kids to fed quick enough taking it out but not quick enough putting it bk in my bank complet joke

If you have spoken to Sky and they have issued the refund then it would be 3-5 days from there and this doesn't include weekends.
