Refund

Hi everyone,

 

iv been trying to get a refund back from sky of £206.02 since 18/4/23,

 

I have made numerous calls since April, been told each time it will be with me in 3-5 days and doesn't come,

 

A cheque was supposed to have been processed on 31/5/23 and was promised I would receive it within 3-5 days, 

 

It hasn't arrived so Iv called sky who have advised  the cheque wasn't even  processed and they will try and re send the money again via bank transfer but will need to wait 3-5 days,

 

Can anyone help please 😞

Do you have a direct debit set up?

I can't imagine why it was originally going to be sent by cheque, then, as that's bound to add delay. Hopefully it will arrive straight to your bank account this time, but if your account hasn't been credited by next Tuesday, let us know, and we'll ask one of the Community advisers to check what's going on.

Thanks mark, I think you replied on my last post about this.

 

really appreciate you taking time to answer me.

 

Lisa the agent who got involved last time kept me in a chat until I heard what was happening with the refund and was promised the cheque would come but it didn't which is ashame,

 

fingers crossed it arrives soon,
