Refund on old account

I have had an email detailing a outstanding credit which can be refunded but I no longer have an active Sky account. How can I organise for this to be processed?

Thank you for this... My old account number is not recognised by the automated system and ther is no way to speak to a human about it.

Try not responding to the bot when you call. Or you could try a private online chat via Sky's social media advisers?
