What was the outcome of Mondays chat? Any refund takes 3-5 working days.

If you used the chat what did the messaging team you, did they say this had been processed ?

They did it would take 3-5 days but I checked and nothing came through and still got credit left

So that's 3-5 working days, so day 5 will be next Monday. 

Day 1 Tuesday 15

Day 2 Wednesday 16

Day 3 today Thursday 17

Day 4 Friday 18

Day 5 Monday 21
