Refund on a closed account

Got help on here with my initial question in March for a credit on my account after closing my account, told 6 weeks by a user. April, may and June have gone by and still shows a credit due but going towards my next bill. Think I've been very patient so far but now seeking a real answer.. Thanks Dale

We can arrange Sky's messaging team to contact you tomorrow via here if you would like as they will be able to issue the refund to you so let us know if you are happy to be contacted via here in the morning ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

And I'm still waiting to have my credit on a closed account paid back.... No speach bubble and no person......
