I spoke to someone in December and was told I would get a refund of £72 on 6 jan. he said he would phone me on that day to make sure I received it. No refund and no call

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid you make an unnecessary manual payment therefore paid twice? Is the amount you are expecting to be refunded showing as a credit on your Sky account?
