I have a credit of about £50 to be sent to me after cancelling and returning my sky box. I had an email on the 13th may to say it will be in my bank account in 3-5 days and did not arrive, i called and got the same thing on the phone saying they will send it and it will be 3-5 days
it didnt arrive so i called yet again and got the same thing telling me there was a technical fault and it would be sent. Yet again 5 days later and i have still not got my money. I do not want to have to call weekly to be ran around and told i will get it when its just a lie. Ive wasted so much time on this calling 3 times already.
I checked the bank details and they said its correct so please can anyone help with how I get this money back?!

No It says it was refunded on the 13th of May, which I haven't received
