Compensation and credit - recieved 134 compensation but am still being billed the normal amount.
I was given £134 compensation. My bill is £32 a month. The 32 still comrs out of my bank account as the credit (134) comes down. I very confused!!

@Troobloo Do you also have a TV subscription for Sky Q? Can you post an image of your bill (remove any indentifiable data such as your account number).
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What date was the compensation credit added to your account and what is your billing date each month ?
