Refund not issued

I have called Sky customer service number of times as they charged gor equipment which was retyi issued the proof of postage and was informed that  i would be refunded asapin next 5 days i was not refunded as i had issues with sky in June july i was given a discount and my bill was reduced for August i was inythis by customer service then my september bill you charged me £66 gor equipment returned and i called in and was advised i would be refunded within 5workibg days which never happened and i am over drawocannot afford food i have tried to speak to so many customer service it has raised my blood pressure affected my mh health and very frustrated as i am nit getting any help you can't speak to any onein the UK its frustrating considering im a loyal customer over 20 years

You are only talking to other customers on here and not Sky support so regarding this refund does your account show a credit on it ?

That could  indicate it's being processed in which case it should reach your normal payment method in 3-5 working days.
