My mistake with the deadline, cancelled on the 22nd November. Usual payment deadline is 18th of the month.

Then the bill would have been created around 4th November so when you were still with Sky.

Alright, so the bill was created on the 4th November and collected on 18th December?

So your 14 day notice period ended on 6 December. Your December bill was generated on 4 December when you were still a customer which is why it was taken. You should eventually be reimbursed for the period 7 December to 18 December.

Ignore my previous post the bill would have been created around 4th December so while you were still a customer.
