Discussion topic: Refund due in May

I was supposed to receive my refund back in May but due to some kind of error I was charged for the next 2 months. I now have a credit on my account of £60.66 & was told this would be refunded today. But it's still not in my account? I need this money urgently.

If it's going into your account today it won't necessarily move into your account before 0623 am.
