Refund - Broadband delayed installation

I have recently changed to sky and getting a cable installed for Fibre but there has been an issue so this has been delayed until then end of December. I have a tv and broadband package which is to be started this week. Since I have not got the broadband installed yet, would this be recognised and refunded or would I have to communicatw this to Sky to get this deducted? Thanks in advance!

Any auto compensation would only apply to the broadband.  Best to call...
