A Sky engineer attended today to upgrade me to Sky Q. Couldn't get access to communal service. Has asked me to contact Sky to arrange for a Sky Stream box. Can anyone from Sky assist?

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
Before committing to a Stream subscription research it thoroughly as it's completely different to Sky+ and Sky Q.
