Referring a friend voucher code not working

Hi.

I had a refer a friend voucher code sent to me from sky. When I went to use it and put in the code it comes up as invalid. There is no phone number to call/ email and the help box won't work either. Any ideas how I can get a new code sent to me as it's not been used. Thanks

@Jen551 the refer a firiend scheme code is sent to a Sky customer to send to a friend who isnt a Sky customer to use. The customer cannot use it themselves but they gat a credit if the friend buys the Sky service using that code.  See more here https://www.sky.com/refer-a-friend

Ah thank you. Sorry didn't explain very well a friend signed up so was sent a £60 voucher but it's the code I've been sent says it's invalid when you go to spend it
