Hi there
I set up my new account over the phone - part of the conversation was about the fact that my brother had given me a referral link
I was told that I could, once set up - enter my account number and then the vouchers would arrive after 45 days...
I have had several attemts to enter the accoint number (I have 2) but it just keeps saying for new customers only - I AM a new customer ?
Can you help me ?

Find out moreYou have gone about this the wrong way as you should have used the link your brother gave you that way you order could be tracked than both you and him would qualify for this referral reward. Placing the order over the phone wasn't the way to do this so neither of you will qualify I'm afraid.
I'm not usre why Sky told you that you could then go online to do this as you can't as far as I know.

I was unable to use the referral link online as I set the new account up over the phone - seems like a loophole - must be the same experience for anyone setting up via their telephone...

Why couldn't you use it online, was it returning an error message ?
