Refer a friend

Can anyone helpme i have claimed my vouchers and put my code in however i didnt spend my voucher yet. whn i try to log in via my email i get a message saying you have already redeemed. When i then put my code it it says invalid. is there w ebsite i can log into to use my voucher or have i lost it ?
