Refer a friend

I recently got sky broadband via a refer a friend link a neighbour sent me, but neither me or my neighbour have received vouchers or confirmation that we will be, I think it messed up after I didn't complete the process first time I was referred by my neighbour, I asked him to refer me a second time. Is there anyway to still get the vouchers for my neighbour at least? Thanks for any help Neil

As long as you placed the order via the link from your friend then it should have gone through. The reward is sent 454 days after your services have been activated so if it has been longer than 45 days then there is an email you can use to get in contact with Sky about this that can be found here under "Any Questions":
