Hi I received my link at the weekend to get my refer a friend voucher however after some faffing I managed to get it to load and it said that an email has been sent to my email address. This was 4 days ago. I have checked my spam etc and it hasn't been received. When I go on the free phone number there is no option to speak to anyone about it and I seem to be going round incircles. Can anyone help? or suggest the options that I should be pressing.

Hi, I have called that number but there is no options to discuss refer a friend and got cut off.

I got through they said once claimed through email give it 10 days to arrive in your inbox. Eden red have a backlog.
