Payment

My daughter laid her iPad bill of £20 

but 2 payments of £20 have come out her bank is there anyway I can get her £20 pound bk her iPad is £20 a month not £40

Did she make a manual payment? 

If she has a continuous payment method set up she should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will appear on her account for the amount she's overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay her next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from the account. I would suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

However, once her extra payment is showing as a credit she could call Sky to get it refunded. (I'm afraid Sky won't talk to you as you're not the account holder). Sky can refund it to her within the standard 3-5 working days.
