Refer a friend reward

Hi, I clicked on the link to claim my £40 refer a friend reward voucher for switching my broadband and it’s says I’ve already claimed it but it said I would get an email but the email came through and the link says the above. I haven’t yet claimed and spent my voucher. Has anyone else had the same issue?
