I want to say that I will pay my overdue till 30th September 2026

@Kuljitkaur  I'm afraid you're not contacting Sky Customer service by posting here.

 

However if your Direct Debit fails when due Sky will attempt to take again 10 days later, if this fails Sky will restrict services.

 

if services are already restricted they won;t reinstate them until you pay what you pwe and setup anew direct debit, if payment is more tnan 2 weeks late Sky will also want next months as well.

 

Sky don't reactivate services on a promise of payment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That is four and a half weeks away.


If your services become restricted if a payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.

If payments are 56+ days overdue Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (for Sky Mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.
