Sadly told after chasing my refer a friend because the sales advisor did it over the phone we are not eligible and they can't process it this way.
How is this allowed?! We did refer a friend and the sales advisor said he would do it for us online and we'd get an email about our voucher. Been waiting and paid 2 bills with no update so chased it, turns out they can't do this. It has to be done via a link - advisor was helpful and said unfortunately sales people work on commission and offered to cancel the acct due to missellng. More hassle so I said no.
Anyone had this?!

Find out moreThe refer a friend scheme does usually only work online as the new customer has to use the link given to them by the person referring them, that way the order can be tracked so that both person qualify. I'm not sure it can be done any other way but if you were told that it can then you might want to register a complaint give in the date and time you spoke to Sky and was told this:
